DEPARTMENT OF BBA
It is a employment oriented terminal course and also to encourage entrepreneurship and self employment.
BBA graduates eligible for MBA, M.Com, M.A(Eco), Chartered Accountant, Cost & Works Accountancy, Company Secretary Courses and also for competitive exams like IAS, IPS, KAS, KPSC and others.
- BBA is a 3 year full time professional degree course affiliated to the Rani Channnamma University, Belgaum.
- It is a six semester course, each semester with 16 weeks duration.
- The course is assigned to give theoretical and practical exposure to the corporate/business world.
- The Fifth semester includes project work, where the knowledge acquired during the course is implemented to carry out industry level projects.
- The theory exams are of 100 marks each (80 marks university exam and 20 marks Internal Assessment [IA]) and practical exam carry 50 marks (40 for exam & 10 for IA). The theory examinations will be conducted by Rani Channamma University Belagavi and Internal assessment marks are given by the college.
- The student should have a minimum of 75% attendance to appear for semester-end University Examination.
